Extended Festivities:
Due to overwhelming enthusiasm and an incredible response from our community, we're thrilled to announce that the Winter Shindig festivities have been extended! The event will now continue until 9 pm, allowing us more time to enjoy the wonderful performances, mingle with friends, and soak in the festive atmosphere.
Refreshments and Dining:
While we'll be serving delicious mince pies, we kindly ask you to bring your own food and drinks to make the evening even more enjoyable. Rest assured, we've got you covered with glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery available for your convenience.
Event Schedule:
- Doors open at 5:45 pm, so arrive early to secure a great spot and kick off the festivities.
- For your convenience, we encourage you to pay for your tickets in advance (cash at next lesson or ask me for an invoice to add to your account for next term). Don't forget to bring them with you, as they will also serve as your entry into the exciting raffle draw, scheduled to take place around 8 pm.
Accessibility:
We want everyone to feel welcome and included. If anyone requires wheelchair access, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements, including preparing a ramp for entry due to a step at the venue.
Performance Confirmation:
For parents whose children wish to perform at the Winter Shindig, please send me your email confirmation by the end of next week. This will allow us to finalise the program and ensure everyone has a chance to showcase their talents.
