I hope this post finds you well and enjoying the last few days of your summer term. Today, I want to share some updates and reflections from all of us here at Layston Music. Firstly, I must extend my sincerest apologies for the cancellation of our much-anticipated Summer Shindig. It is with a heavy heart that we had to make this decision, but circumstances beyond our control have made it impossible to proceed with the event this year. Please know that we are just as saddened as you are, but we promise to make it up to you next year.
As we come to the end of this term, it's an ideal time to look back on the past year and celebrate the individual achievements of our students. We have witnessed tremendous growth and personal development within our community. From acing exams to mastering new musical pieces, it has been a year filled with determination and hard work. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for your dedication to your personal goals and the support you have provided to your fellow students.
Looking ahead, I have some exciting news to share about the upcoming changes in our timetable for September. As the end of this year approaches, I am preparing to embark on a new project that will require some adjustments in my schedule. As a result, I will need to free up one of my evenings during the week. Rest assured, though, I am committed to continuing our regular music lessons, and I am working on finding the best alternative time that suits everyone.
To ensure smooth transitions and accommodate everyone's availability, I will be in touch individually to discuss and arrange new lesson times that work for each student. I am genuinely grateful for your understanding and support during this time of change.
Thank you for being part of our wonderful musical journey. Let us continue to embrace challenges and celebrate each other's musical accomplishments as we move forward into the future.
