Greetings Layston Music Family!
As we continue to make music together, we want to ensure that everyone is up-to-date with all the necessary details to keep our community running smoothly. Please take a moment to read through the updates and reminders below:
1. Term Dates and Invoices
It’s essential that everyone stays informed about term dates and invoice schedules. We’ve noticed that some of our communications might have been missed. To keep yourself updated, please regularly check our website for all term dates.
Remember, invoices are issued two weeks before the end of each half-term. This helps ensure that everyone has ample time to make any necessary arrangements for booking off sessions before half term starts. We appreciate your prompt attention to this, as we also need to schedule our ad-hoc and professional clients during available slots. Please note, fees are due for all booked sessions whether attendance occurs or not. If you need to miss a session, giving us at least 48 hours' notice allows us time to prepare recorded lesson videos for you or your child to learn at home.
For a full understanding of our policies, please visit the terms and conditions section on our website.
2. Parking Protocol
A friendly reminder for all: please use the designated car park when visiting our facilities. Do not park along the road that runs through the farm. This road is crucial for resident access and farm operations, including the movement of tractors and trucks. Keeping this road clear is essential for the safety and efficiency of our community and our neighbours.
Also, drive nice and slow as the pot holes are varse.
3. Upcoming Dates for Your Calendar
Be sure to mark the following dates for the upcoming terms:
- Summer Term A: Friday, 12th April to Sunday, 2nd June
- Summer Term B: Monday, 3rd June to Tuesday, 6th August
We look forward to seeing you for your lessons and thank you for your cooperation and commitment to making Layston Music a harmonious place to learn and grow.
Warm regards,
Talena
Layston Music
