Monthly Invoices Reminder
A big thank you to everyone who has transitioned smoothly to our new monthly invoice system. Just a reminder that all payments are due by the 1st of the month. To help us avoid losing a percentage to external payment processors, we kindly ask you to pay via cash or bank transfer, rather than Stripe or PayPal.
Invoices are sent on the 10th of each month, and as always, please book any known absences well in advance (preferably at the start of the half-term) to avoid being charged for missed lessons. If you can't attend a lesson in person, remember you can always hop on Zoom or WhatsApp for your session!

Winter Shindig 2024
Mark your calendars! Our annual Winter Shindig is coming up on Saturday, 7th December. This year, we’ll be holding two shows:
- 3:30 - 5:00 pm: For students younger or below Grade 2
- 5:30 - 8:00 pm: For students Grade 2 and above
Please let me know as soon as possible if you or your child will NOT be able to perform. Due to increased hall hire costs, ticket prices will be £6 per person (performers and children under 4 go free). The event will be held at The Old Schoolhouse in Royston, and we will be raising funds for Outside Of The Box CIC through a raffle on the day!

Term Dates & Gigging Schedule
Don’t forget to check our term dates on the website, as we don’t follow the same schedule as schools. Please note, there may be a few days where lessons will be rescheduled due to our own gig commitments, so be sure to stay updated.

Practice Reward Chart
Our new practice reward chart for the academic year is in full swing! We’ve already handed out some Silver awards, so congratulations to everyone for your hard work. Keep practicing, and let’s see those charts fill up as we head into the winter months!

Fee Increase in April 2024
We’d like to inform you that starting in **April 2024**, lesson fees will increase by £1 per 30-minute lesson. Please make a note of this upcoming change.
